Job Title: Business Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Team Lead to join our team at ELA Container GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating new services, optimizing existing business models, and identifying new business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and development of the Rental Services team
  • Analysis of customer and industry segments, as well as market trends in collaboration with central departments
  • Identification and development of new business areas and partnerships
  • Evaluation and optimization of business models and pricing structures for new products and services
  • Coordination of new services and performance monitoring
  • Optimization of product launch processes in coordination with product management, process management, and sales
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of studies in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
  • Initial professional experience in sales management, business development management, or a comparable position
  • Sound knowledge of market analysis and the development of growth strategies
  • High customer orientation and an independent, solution-oriented way of working
  • Proven success in after-sales management and business development
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, and SAP is desirable
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
