Fleet Operations Specialist

Your Role
As a Fleet Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in the preparation and management of our premium rental vehicle fleet. Your versatility will be essential as you engage in various tasks that contribute to our Fleet Operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities, ensuring that our fleet remains in top condition and ready for our valued customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Embodying the company's values in all interactions with customers and suppliers
- Facilitating clear and professional communication during vehicle handovers and returns
- Monitoring and upholding the quality of our rental car fleet, ensuring both cleanliness and mechanical integrity
- Conducting transfer rides to and from our suppliers, ensuring high standards during handovers and returns
- Coordinating vehicle transfers between our various locations
- Utilizing our app to identify any new damages
- Reporting any technical issues or overdue inspections promptly
- Collaborating closely with fellow team members
- Escalating customer complaints to management as necessary
- Maintaining a welcoming station environment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting expectations
- Availability primarily in the afternoons and on Saturdays
- Possession of at least a Class B driver's license; Class C1, C, or CE is a plus
- Strong organizational abilities
