Preventative Maintenance Specialist

IDS International is seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to support the Total Maintenance Contract for the Kaiserslautern Military Community.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and execute preventive maintenance work plans, ensuring accurate GFEBS entries and minimizing duplication of work.
- Collaborate with the SAP Business Intelligence Analyst to generate reports and analyze data for compliance, accuracy, and duplication.
- Inspect subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to the Vectrus-approved Quality Control Plan, providing guidance and tracking documentation for corrective action.
- Oversee the Quality Control program, ensuring quality standards are applied and measured for effectiveness, making updates and requested changes accordingly.
- Perform quality assurance to ensure work and GFEBS entry meet specified requirements.
- Update GFEBS maintenance orders to reflect quality control results and ensure supporting documentation is reported and uploaded to the Government's shared drive.
- Bachelor's degree or documented five years of experience in project management, facility operations, preventive maintenance, repair, construction services, and equipment preventive maintenance and repair.
- Ability to identify required maintenance, define project requirements, and relay findings in writing and/or orally.
- Documented three years of experience in SAP software as a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator.
- Proficiency with MS Office systems.
- English and German language proficiency at level 4.
