Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary

IDS International is seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to support the Total Maintenance Contract for the Kaiserslautern Military Community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and execute preventive maintenance work plans, ensuring accurate GFEBS entries and minimizing duplication of work.
  • Collaborate with the SAP Business Intelligence Analyst to generate reports and analyze data for compliance, accuracy, and duplication.
  • Inspect subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to the Vectrus approved Quality Control Plan, providing guidance and tracking documentation for corrective action.
  • Oversee the Quality Control program, applying quality standards to all levels of work and measuring effectiveness.
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure work and GFEBS entry meet specifications.
  • Update GFEBS maintenance orders to reflect quality control results.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is reported and uploaded to the Government's shared drive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or documented experience in project management, facility operations, preventive maintenance, repair, construction services, and equipment preventive maintenance and repair.
  • Proficiency in SAP software as a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator.
  • Ability to formulate equipment lists and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Proficiency with MS Office systems.
  • English and German language proficiency at level 4.
