Job Summary

We are seeking a committed Network Systematization Engineer to be located in Rosenheim, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will focus on advanced passive and active antenna systems from 2G to 5G and beyond, driving and securing antenna technology and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical investigations on the performance of base station antenna products and new developments in the network
  • Contribute to the development of network simulation tools for system analysis
  • Drive and participate in studies regarding requirements and system solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new challenges and opportunities for antenna developments
  • Support product managers, R&D, business, and market units regarding product documentation, development, technical customer requirements, and further requests
Requirements
  • A Master's or above in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or equivalent
  • Advanced MATLAB knowledge, experience in antenna simulations software like HFSS, CST
  • Good understanding of channel modelling, cellular networks, and MIMO systems
  • Good understanding of 3GPP and cellular networks
  • Strong understanding of RF- and antenna principles, understanding of base station antenna architectures
  • Work experience across interdisciplinary teams
  • Teamwork mentality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Scientific expertise or work experience in research projects is an advantage
  • Effective written and spoken communications skill in English. German language knowledge is an advantage
