Your Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing & Partner Acquisition to drive growth and innovation at socialbee. As a key member of our management team, you will represent our acquisition approach and develop strategic partnerships with investors and stakeholders.


  • Develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies for both refugees and companies, leveraging online and offline tools to drive growth and brand building.
  • Define and optimize all marketing activities, including acquisition strategy, lead growth, end-to-end funnel optimization, lead data quality, and tracking.
  • Lead an outcome-oriented marketing team, empowering team members to take ownership and drive personal and professional growth.

What We're Looking For
  • A strong intrinsic motivation to improve social impact in the field of migration.
  • An entrepreneurial leader with analytical, strategic, and creative acumen, eager to test and iterate new channels for growth.
  • 4+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing environment, with expertise in multichannel marketing strategies, acquisition, and conversion.
  • 3+ years of experience in a strategic environment, such as consulting, growth start-ups, or brand and content strategies.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with German being a significant plus.
