TMC Luxembourg is seeking a senior-level SharePoint specialist to implement and manage SharePoint websites and functionalities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Integrating digital signature processes
  • Implementing secure collaboration features and file sharing with external partners
  • Ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Integrating Microsoft tools such as MS Lists, MS Forms, and MS Power Apps
  • Developing a SharePoint platform for cross-departmental collaboration
  • Implementing document validation processes and notifications
  • Redesigning the internal Confluence webpage using SharePoint capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in IT or equivalent
  • English is mandatory, French or German is a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Specialist and 5 years of experience minimum overall
  • Experience in using Jira
