ING Luxembourg is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Valuation Expert to join its Valuation Team Expert attached to Lending & Payment department. As a key member of a 23-strong department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and effective valuation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior colleagues in creating, preparing, and managing internal valuation reports and processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve valuation realization.
  • Ensure data quality and reporting compliance of valuation reports.
  • Monitor and analyze market data, price sensitivity, and stay up-to-date with real estate markets.
  • Prepare presentations focused on valuation and/or valuation team.
  • Maintain all information required for the valuation process of a property, such as sale documents and inspection records.
  • Analyze technical and legal property documentation.
  • Develop tools and processes that contribute to sustained benefits over time.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Languages

  • French is mandatory, knowledge of English is a strong plus.
