As Lead Search Engine Advertising Strategist, you will take charge of crafting our SEA approach across various markets. Your primary objective is to deliver an exceptional customer journey while driving both expansion and profitability. In this role, you will oversee our SEA agency and work closely with internal departments, including Creative, Product Marketing, and Marketing Analytics, to ensure cohesive alignment of strategies and goals. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • spearhead the growth strategy for Search with a strong emphasis on international outreach
  • identify, develop, and implement innovative processes to boost performance and efficiency within the channel
  • collaborate with our Marketing Technology team and data analysts to enhance our reporting and product data, utilizing and interpreting data to derive insights and formulate hypotheses
  • design incrementality assessments to validate the effectiveness of Paid Search
  • engage with a diverse range of stakeholders on global and multi-channel marketing initiatives

YOU COME WITH

  • 4+ years of substantial SEA experience in an e-commerce context
  • strong proficiency in formulating and executing impactful strategies across multiple regions
  • exceptional analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities
  • excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • a passion for performance marketing and a drive to elevate our SEA channel to new heights
  • fluency in both German and English
