Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Checkmk GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, coordinating renewal campaigns, and maintaining our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Monitor expiring contracts, pending extensions, and customer requests to ensure seamless contract renewals.
- Renewal Campaigns: Collaborate with our team to design and execute campaigns for existing contracts, informing customers about product changes and upselling opportunities.
- CRM Administration: Maintain our CRM system, drive its development, and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and campaigns.
- Offers & Billing: Support the sales team in preparing offers, responding to tenders, and billing support services and subscription contracts.
- Language Skills: Fluent German and English language skills are required, with other languages being a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
