Job Title: After Sales Wärmepumpen Specialist

Our company, Clivet S.p.A., is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Wärmepumpen department, focusing on residential and commercial projects. As an After Sales Wärmepumpen Specialist with international experience, you will play a key role in supporting our customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Creating and optimizing service documents for customer support and technical assistance
  • Providing phone support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
  • Clarifying technical details and inquiries with customers and our Italian factory, promoting effective communication
  • Assisting with on-site commissioning and technical training, ensuring seamless integration of heat pump systems
  • Supporting field service and conducting technical training sessions, enhancing the skills of our team members

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in the field of heat pumps and renewable energy systems
  • Certification as a refrigeration technician or equivalent technical degree, demonstrating expertise in heat pump technology
  • Customer-oriented approach with technical expertise, providing exceptional support to our customers
  • Knowledge of heating and climate control products and market trends, staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • Strong customer service skills and familiarity with industry standards, ensuring compliance and quality
