BASF Digital Farming GmbH is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Farming business in the area of Controlling and Business Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our internal reporting and accounting systems, conducting in-depth analyses of sales and cost drivers, and providing strategic insights to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective controlling and reporting processes to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct systematic and ad-hoc analyses of sales and cost drivers to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial matters and support the development of business plans.
  • Ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes and prepare annual financial statements.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in controlling and business services, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Expert knowledge of controlling and reporting principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
