BASF Digital Farming GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager Controlling and Business Services. As a key member of our Digital Farming business, you will play a crucial role in driving our success by providing strategic leadership and expertise in controlling and business services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective controlling and reporting processes to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the development of digital farming's internal reporting and accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of sales and cost drivers, identifying areas for improvement and presenting recommendations to the Global Digital Farming Core Leadership Team.
  • Oversee the annual budget process for all countries and regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes, preparing annual financial statements for BASF Digital Farming GmbH.
  • Represent Digital Farming in the Global Controlling Leadership Team of Agricultural Solutions, fostering collaboration and consistency across regions.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience with leadership experience.
  • Expert knowledge in controlling and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German and English.
