Role Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Lead who possesses a deep understanding of our target customers. You are passionate about consumer insights and adept at identifying customer needs. Your primary objective will be to craft and implement the Marketing Strategy for tado°, ensuring we deliver maximum value through a range of compelling value propositions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, sales teams, and customer service to develop, test, and scale initiatives that benefit both our customers and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Strategic Marketing Planning process, including Source of Business selection, Target Audience identification, and Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Establish and manage the Marketing Calendar to ensure alignment and focus.
  • Utilize comprehensive market analysis to inform the marketing strategy and develop distinctive propositions that resonate across various European markets.
  • Conduct assessments of potential market and product gaps within our existing and new offerings.
  • Identify opportunities through interviews, data analysis, competitive research, and market evaluations, translating findings into actionable initiatives.
  • Employ methodologies such as Service Design and Value Proposition Canvas to enhance our offerings.
  • Initiate pilot projects with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Champion innovative proposals and engage stakeholders in your strategic plans.
  • Promote value proposition thinking throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Expertise in value proposition development methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Marketing Strategy Flow, including Market Insight, Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning.
  • Ability to present actionable market and competitor insights to senior management.
  • Drive to foster and lead proposition thinking within tado°.
  • Creative aptitude for developing customer-centric propositions, combined with strong analytical skills to evaluate their business viability.
  • A value-driven and experimental mindset.
  • Experience in a recurring revenue business model is advantageous (e.g., insurance, telecom, or energy sectors).
