Quality Assurance Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Qualitätsmanager für unsere Entwicklung von HR-Software, der sich auf die Sicherstellung der Qualität von HR WORKS spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die Entwicklung von neuen Funktionen und Fehlerbehebungen überwachen und sicherstellen, dass sie den höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen entsprechen.
Deine Aufgaben- Qualitätsüberwachung: Du wirst die Qualität von HR WORKS überwachen und sicherstellen, dass alle neuen Funktionen und Fehlerbehebungen den höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen entsprechen.
- Dokumentation: Du wirst die Arbeitspakete für die Entwicklung so genau dokumentieren, dass jeder Entwickler sofort weiß, was programmiert werden soll.
- Fehleridentifizierung: Du wirst Bugs identifizieren und reproduzieren, damit die Ursache klar ist und entsprechende Maßnahmen getroffen werden können.
- Testprozess-Optimierung: Du wirst mit dem Team zusammenarbeiten, um den Testprozess zu optimieren und zu dokumentieren.
- Einfluss auf die Entwicklung: Du wirst Teil unseres Teams sein und deine Ideen und Vorschläge einbringen können, um die Qualität von HR WORKS zu verbessern.
- Flexibilität und Autonomie: Du wirst die Möglichkeit haben, deine Arbeit selbstständig zu gestalten und deine eigenen Prioritäten zu setzen.

- Qualifikationen: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder einen Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich.
