About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Teams and drive innovation in the developer experience. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing 1-3 platform teams, working closely with product teams, and advancing our platform infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 1-3 platform teams and drive innovation in the developer experience
  • Work closely with product teams to deliver top-notch solutions
  • Advance our platform infrastructure and leverage new technologies
  • Develop and monitor relevant KPIs for your teams
  • Contribute to our guidelines, policies, and standards to improve how we work
Requirements
  • Background in a platform or architecture team with a focus on enhancing developer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with product teams
  • Previous experience managing product or platform teams
  • Results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering top-notch solutions
  • Robust problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Several years of hands-on engineering experience with Go
