Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Teams and drive innovation in the developer experience. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing 1-3 platform teams, working closely with product teams, and advancing our platform infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 1-3 platform teams, overseeing the engineering of our platform infrastructure
  • Work closely with product teams to drive innovation and improve the developer experience
  • Advance our platform infrastructure, leveraging new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Develop and monitor relevant KPIs for your teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality products
  • Contribute to our guidelines, policies, and standards to improve how we work
Requirements
  • Background in a platform or architecture team, with a focus on enhancing developer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with product teams
  • Previous experience managing product or platform teams
  • Results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering top-notch solutions
  • Robust problem-solving skills, complemented by a proactive attitude
  • Several years of hands-on engineering experience with Go
