Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the safe construction of our utility scale PV plants and BESS projects. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, within the agreed schedules, budget, and finance structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate the development of assigned projects
  • Arrange and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders
  • Analyze and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate project documentation throughout all phases
  • Host regular on-site meetings to monitor project needs and progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Several years of experience in EPC Turnkey project management, preferably in the construction/plant engineering industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Procore
  • Fluent German and English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Full-time employment contract, competitive salary package, and company car or car allowance
