Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Project und Portfolio Manager (alle Geschlechter) für unsere Serviceplan-Agentur AI Lab in München.

Als Senior Project und Portfolio Manager (alle Geschlechter) bei unserer AI Lab übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Koordination unseres Projektportfolios und in der Leitung verschiedener Projekte im Zusammenhang mit KI-gesteuerten Anwendungsfällen und Plattformen.

Was du erwartest:
  • Federführende Leitung mehrerer Projekte von der initialen Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Management von Schnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern und du sicherst so die erfolgreiche Projektabwicklung
  • Du berichtest regelmäßig über die wichtigsten Projekt-KPIs und trägst damit zur transparenten Kommunikation und Erfolgskontrolle bei
  • Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner:in für gruppenweite Projektanfragen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung unseres Projektportfolios in Bezug auf Kosten, Ressourcen, Technologien und Prozesse
Was wir von dir erwarten:
  • Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld mit
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Steuerung komplexer Projekte und du weißt, wie man auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick behält
  • Du kannst souverän zwischen dem Portfolio Big Picture und den Details der einzelnen Projekte switchen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und du bist bereit, die volle Verantwortung für deine Projekte zu übernehmen
  • Analytisch, zielstrebig und strukturiert gehst du an Aufgaben heran
  • Du verfügst über herausragende zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und kannst effektiv mit verschiedenen Persönlichkeiten und Teams zusammenarbeiten
  • Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Engagement und Neugierde aus und du bringst eine freundliche und positive Einstellung mit, die das Arbeitsklima bereichert
