About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and passionate game designer to lead our design team in creating engaging and high-quality multiplayer games. As a Lead Game Designer, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the creative vision for our games, ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals and resonates with our player base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine game mechanics, systems, and features that enhance player engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a small team of game designers, fostering creativity and collaboration to achieve high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including programming, graphic design, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of all game elements.
- Analyze game performance metrics and player feedback to inform ongoing improvements and updates.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in game design, with a strong focus on online-, mobile- and multiplayer games.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a small design team, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Exceptional creative skills with a deep understanding of game mechanics, player behavior, and industry trends.
- A competitive salary of 70,000 - 100,000 EUR per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
