Business Support Specialist with Automotive Background

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Branch Network Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers. Your primary focus will be on conducting vehicle appraisals, processing vehicle sales, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Vehicle Appraisals: Conduct thorough vehicle appraisals, including inspections and documentation, to ensure accurate valuations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of vehicles, including mechanics and maintenance, is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
