Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Lead Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer to lay the foundation and develop a cloud infrastructure team.

In this role, you'll design, implement, and manage our cloud environments to ensure they're secure, scalable, and efficient.

  • Establish and build a high-performing cloud infrastructure department and team, creating a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Design, deploy, and manage our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it's robust, secure, and scalable.
  • Develop and refine DevOps processes to enhance software deployment efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
  • Implement security protocols and manage identity access to safeguard our cloud environments.
  • Oversee the provisioning and management of devices, ensuring they're secure and operational.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including networking and security best practices.
  • Proficient in DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD, automation, and configuration management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and developing high-performing teams from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks, identity access management, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to create innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
