- Customer Representation: Serve as the advocate for the customer within rapitag, championing their needs and collaborating with internal teams to prioritize and resolve customer issues or feature requests.
- Contract Renewal Management: Collaborate closely with the sales team to oversee customer renewals and expansions. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and additional services.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer challenges or concerns, working in tandem with technical support and product teams to provide prompt and effective solutions.
- Proficiency in German and English: Strong command of both languages, with the capability to communicate effectively and cultivate relationships with clients in a bilingual setting.
- Experience in Customer Success: Ideally, some experience in a customer success or account management capacity, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
