About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Associate to join our team at nnamu GmbH. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding and Adoption: Assist in seamless customer onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes from our product.
  • Customer Relationship Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our company.
  • Customer Training and Enablement: Support the development and implementation of our customer-facing, AI-enabled products, delivering training and enablement to customers to maximize their use of our platform.
  • Ad-hoc Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including email, phone, and video calls.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and guides, to assist customers in utilizing our platform effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer success team members, as well as sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure a unified approach to achieving value for our customers.
Requirements
  • Level of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sector.
  • Growth Enthusiasm: Eagerness to learn about procurement practices, the SaaS-based application of high-end economic approaches via game theory, and the latest advancements in AI.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. German language skills are a plus.
  • Solution Orientation & Customer Centricity: Ability to proactively provide the best solution for our customers with a bias to action while upholding a positive atmosphere.
  • Grit & Adaptability: Exude persistence and maintain an overview of updates to the system, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Enterprise-level Attention to Detail: Ability to learn and master regular service quality levels required for a customer base with trained professionals from multinational corporations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within an international team and contribute to team goals.
  • Educational Foundation: A degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Hybrid Working Model: Ability and willingness to come to our Berlin or Munich office regularly (3 times per week).
