Logistics is a vast and growing industry, with European companies turning over over €1,300 billion annually. Startups are beginning to transform the industry by applying software to business problems, and Beam GmbH is at the forefront of this change.
We are seeking a commercial co-founder to join one of our pre-seed startups working on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) source code editing, documentation, and version control.
Our startup, PLC Wizz, is an innovative software application designed to streamline PLC code editing and documentation tasks. It offers specialized functionality tailored to the needs of PLC programmers and automation engineers, providing a user-friendly interface and advanced features to enhance efficiency and productivity in PLC programming workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with your role as co-founder and build the company from the ground up.
- Build and lead Sales and Finance, including further fundraising, business model refinement, and pricing strategy design.
- Be part of our success story and support us in implementing structures and processes and hiring an all-star team.
- Take responsibility for business development and sales growth in Europe.

Requirements
- You have an impressive track record and years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- You have built your own business in the past and have an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent leadership skills.
- You are driven and motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
- You have an extensive logistics or supply chain network.
- You want to be part of building something special - together with us.
- You have successful first funding experience.
- You are a team player capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
