Startups are only beginning to scratch the surface of the transformation made possible by applying software to business problems, and Beam GmbH is a part of this change.

Job Description

We are looking for a technical co-founder to join one of our pre-seed startups in revolutionizing 3D printing in logistics.

The solution we have in mind is an AI-powered platform that automates part identification, redesign, and selection for additive manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with your role as technical co-founder and build the company from the ground up.
  • Build and lead technical development, be a product owner, and ensure the launch of world-class products with a team of your choice.
  • Be part of our success story and support us in implementing structures and processes and hiring an all-star team.
Requirements

You'll be the perfect match if:

  • You have deep expertise in 3D graphics and understanding the nuances of creating and manipulating 3D visuals.
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI is essential, given the nature of the startup.
  • Strong coding skills are required, as you'll be diving into code and laying the groundwork.
  • Cloud-based solutions expertise is valuable, given the project's data-intensive nature.
  • You have an impressive track record of running your own startups.
  • You have a network in logistics technology or supply chain technology.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and bring an excellent leadership mindset.
  • You have experience in additive manufacturing and material science and can interpret and optimize the parts and designs we work with.
