Legal Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a trained Legal Assistant, you will be well-versed in the essential functions of this role. In addition to traditional responsibilities, you will have the chance to undertake secretarial tasks, supporting a team of two partners and four associates, along with two additional support staff. Your main duties will include:

  • Coordinating meetings with clients
  • Preparing presentations and reports based on dictation
  • Managing the filing system and updating records
  • Completing typesets
  • Conducting independent correspondence with clients via letters and emails
  • Handling phone calls and directing them to colleagues
  • Performing all other classic administrative tasks
  • Engaging in independent project-based work
Qualifications

*Completion of training as a 'Legal Assistant' or 'European Secretary/Foreign Language Correspondent'

Fluency in German and proficiency in English

Strong skills in MS Office

Experience in an international setting

Exceptional organizational abilities

Proficient audio typing skills

Ideally, at least one year of relevant work experience
