Bid and Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Contract Specialist to join our team at ZOLL Medical Corporation. As a key member of our commercial agreements and bids and tenders process, you will be responsible for managing the company's registration processes in customer qualification portals, evaluating the feasibility of tenders, and drafting administrative documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Search and monitor tenders according to SOA categories held by the company
- Manage company registration processes in customer qualification portals
- Evaluate tender feasibility, analyzing requirements and verifying company suitability
- Manage administrative operations, obtaining necessary documentation and drafting as needed
- Fill in technical and administrative questionnaires for tender portals
- Monitor tender progress, coordinating company functions involved in preparation of technical-economic and administrative envelopes
- Prepare administrative documentation requested by entities during tender process
- Request and carry out access to tender documentation and intra-procedural tender acts, with analysis
- Manage post-award phase administrative activities, supporting company departments and debriefing tender scores
- Monitor and smooth contract issuance process from proposal to execution, ensuring compliance with timelines and deadlines
- Manage supplier/subcontractor qualification procedure
- Manage registrations and renewals in public registers
- Qualification in legal or economic disciplines
- At least two years' experience in preparation of administrative documentation for tenders (preferably in medical device sellers, public procurement contracts)
