About the Role

ZOLL GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Agreements and Bids Specialist to join our team in the Acute Care Technology division. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial agreements and the bids and tenders process in the whole BENELUX territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tender Management: Search and monitor tenders according to the SOA categories held by the company, and evaluate the feasibility of the tender identified, analysing the requirements of the call for tenders and verifying the company's suitability to participate in it.
  • Administrative Operations: Manage all administrative operations, obtaining the necessary documentation and drafting it if necessary, and fill in technical and administrative questionnaires to be submitted on the tender portals.
  • Contract Management: Monitor the progress of the tender, coordinating all company functions involved in the preparation of the technical-economic and administrative envelopes, and prepare all the administrative documentation requested by the entity during the tender.
  • Supplier Management: Manage the qualification procedure of the company's suppliers/subcontractors, and manage registrations and renewals in public registers.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Qualification in legal or economic disciplines.
  • Experience: At least two years' experience in the preparation of administrative documentation for tenders (preferably in medical device sellers, public procurement contracts).
Desirable Skills
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and another relevant European language - French or Dutch.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • Soft Skills: Problem Solving, Oral Communication, Organizational Support, Adaptability, Initiative, Judgment, Motivation, and Quality.
