We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Student Hub Advisor to join our team at GUS Germany GmbH. As a key member of our Student Services department, you will play a vital role in supporting students during their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities- Student Support: Provide exceptional support to students, addressing their academic and personal concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Enquiry Management: Respond to a wide range of student enquiries, utilizing various communication channels and in-person interactions.
- Event Organization: Organize and coordinate student events, fostering a sense of community and engagement among our student body.
- Peer Mentorship: Oversee and support our peer mentor program, helping to train and develop student mentors.
- Referral and Guidance: Identify student needs and refer them to relevant support services, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance.
- Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date with campus support services, enabling you to provide accurate referrals and guidance to students.
- Continuous Improvement: Share suggestions for enhancing the campus learning environment, contributing to a positive and inclusive experience for all students.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong written and spoken language skills in German and English.
- Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural Competence: Showcase the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, valuing diversity and promoting inclusivity.
- Service-Oriented: Provide exceptional service skills, ensuring a positive experience for students and colleagues alike.
