Your Responsibilities:

  • Accurate entry of customer orders and requests.
  • Verification of delivery timelines, conditions, inventory levels, pricing, and other related aspects.
  • Preparation of order confirmations and relevant internal documentation.
  • Generation of documents necessary for production and warehouse operations.
  • Clarification and processing of invoices, credit notes, and discounts.
  • Preparation of quotes for systems and original parts, including comprehensive calculations and inquiries.
  • Engagement with technology, production, shipping, service, and customers to resolve missing information.
  • Independent assessment of information needed for quote preparation.
  • Collaboration within the team and assumption of various tasks as required.
  • Management of your own customer portfolio.
  • Initiation and monitoring of new customer setups.
  • Tracking of new part installations.
  • Execution of compliance checks and consultation with the legal department when necessary.
  • Maintenance of pricing within the 'proAlpha' ERP system.
  • Organization and documentation of quotes and order records.
  • Storage and management of customer and quote information.
  • Reporting in accordance with supervisory directives.
  • Provision of technical support via phone and email, primarily in English and German, often in collaboration with engineering or field service teams.
  • Communication of technical details to customers and internal teams.
  • Fostering customer relationships and ensuring effective customer care.
  • Assistance with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Handling of customer complaints.
  • Support for pricing adjustments in marketing materials.
  • Occasional attendance at customer meetings and trade events.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completion of commercial training (industrial clerk) with relevant technical experience.
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience post-training.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient knowledge of English.
