About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Vetter Pharma. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of new primary packaging systems or components in collaboration with suppliers and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new primary packaging systems or components in collaboration with suppliers and external service providers.
  • Develop trays and ensure their availability on all Vetter equipment.
  • Responsible for creating product documentation in accordance with CFR 820 and MDR, which can be audited by customers and submitted to regulatory authorities.
  • Develop risk analyses during the development and commercial phases of products.
  • Identify opportunities for patent applications, conduct patent research, and evaluate third-party submissions.
  • Develop and organize new testing procedures and methods in collaboration with other departments and suppliers.
  • Analyze and evaluate internal requirements and ensure alignment with Vetter's process capabilities and those of suppliers.
  • Plan, prepare, and conduct presentations and training sessions for operators and other stakeholders, as well as communicate project topics to customers and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as packaging technology, plastics technology, or medical technology.
  • Expertise in the development of packaging systems and components, with several years of experience.
  • Several years of project management experience in a technical environment.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, particularly CFR 820 and MDR.
  • Knowledge of quality management and pharmaceutical validation procedures and methods.
  • Excellent MS Office, MS Project, and SAP skills.
  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken, due to Vetter's international business activities.
  • Excellent communication and team skills, as well as high social competence.
  • Strong organizational skills and a reliable, diligent work ethic.
