About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of SEO to join our team at DocMorris. As the architect of our digital health strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO plan that drives organic traffic and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of SEO specialists and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to ensure our content is optimized for search engines and resonates with our target audience.
  • Technical SEO: Work closely with our development team to ensure our website is technically sound and optimized for search engines.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of our SEO efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Several years of experience in SEO, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and content marketing.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and discover new ways to drive organic traffic and revenue growth.
  • Language: Fluency in German and English.
