We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Product Planning Director to lead commercial optimization initiatives for Barclays products and customer segments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance through pricing, product design, and line management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional team collaborations and stakeholders up to the EXFo level
  • Develop customer activation strategies and drive technical optimization projects
  • Collaborate with local SA and Product Management teams to optimize commercial performance
  • Initiate and execute technical commercial optimization projects, acting as Product Owner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, finance, or commercial functions in the financial services or insurance sector
  • Proven knowledge of financial products such as personal loans and credit cards, with an excellent understanding of the German cards, personal lending, and deposits markets and their competition
  • Fluent in English and strong communication and stakeholder management skills up to EXFo level
