Product Management Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Management Director to lead the development and execution of brand/product categories strategy that is linked to the overall company strategy, brand budget setting and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Brand/Product Category Strategies: Develop and implement brand/product category strategies to achieve company targets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Global Portfolio Strategy: Develop and execute the global portfolio strategy for specific product lines/categories aligning it with business objectives, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Market Analysis and Recommendations: Identify growth opportunities, analyze market dynamics, and recommend portfolio adjustments to drive market share and profitability.
- Pricing and Promotion Guidelines: Define and maintain pricing architecture, pricing and promotion guidelines for the brand/product lines to drive growth and margin.
- Product Development Alignment: Collaborate with product development teams to align new products with brand positioning and define go-to-market strategies.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Explore partnerships and collaborations to increase brand visibility and reach new audiences.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Master's Degree: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, including global development and local activation.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies driving growth.
- Product Development Experience: Experience in product development, including consumer insights, concept creation, and go-to-market planning.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is required.
