Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver strategic optimization initiatives in Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Product Realization by managing project teams or working individually.
- Ensure data collection and validation, conduct analyses, and develop recommendations for senior leadership.
- Develop and execute strategic business projects, methodologies, and responses to critical performance challenges.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to vision future scenarios and propose creative solutions to encountered problems.
- Standardize and improve initiative leadership to increase impact and shorten lead time.
- Experience in supply chain management consulting, with outstanding conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent ability to analyze data, generate insights, and apply sound interpretation to findings.
- Curious, open-minded, and independent individuals with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate analysis, insights, and project progress.
- Ability to work with management at executive level.
