Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Techem. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or account management capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
