Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as Assistenz Personal. This role will be responsible for providing operational support to our employees, including administrative tasks, recruitment, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
  • Support recruitment efforts, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and system maintenance
  • Assist in project planning and implementation, including research, data collection, and report writing
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements
  • Completed secondary education or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Experience in HR or a related field is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
