Senior Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Development Services team in Munich.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting technical due diligence for various property types, including office, production, logistics, hotel, residential, and healthcare facilities.
  • Supporting the coordination of portfolio-level technical due diligence, both nationally and internationally.
  • Providing technical and real estate advisory services to owners, investors, and tenants.
  • Conducting feasibility studies for new projects and repositioning initiatives.
  • Supporting project monitoring and control activities.
  • Participating in sustainability assessments, energy consulting, climate risk analysis, and ESG checks.
  • Managing and steering new build, renovation, and tenant fit-out projects.
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INVESTORS, OWNERS, AND USERS.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in project management, project development, technical due diligence, project monitoring, or sustainability consulting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services, TGA, and fire safety, as well as real estate law (including planning and building regulations, lease agreements, and land registry).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Interest in working independently, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Good team and communication skills.
