Wir bieten Lösungen zur Reduzierung von Emissionen in den Bereichen Chemie, Stromerzeugung, Land- und Schiffsverkehr an.

Für unser Versicherungs- und Managementteam suchen wir eine zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Person, die die versicherungsbezogenen Aufgaben der Proman GmbH Deutschland mit viel Fachwissen und Engagement übernimmt.

Aufgaben:

  • Als Teil der internen Versicherungsabteilung koordinieren Sie die damit verbundenen Aktivitäten innerhalb der Proman GmbH, sowie der Proman-Familie, als auch mit externen Schnittstellen/Stakeholdern.
  • Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der internationalen Versicherungsprogramme und der Versicherungsstrategie in den entsprechenden Versicherungsbereichen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Versicherungslösungen.
  • Unterstützung des Maklers bei der Ausschreibung, Verhandlung, Platzierung und Umsetzung von lokalen und globalen Versicherungsprogrammen.
  • Schadensmanagement: Verwaltung von Ansprüchen und Schäden, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung, Schadensregulierern, Maklern, Versicherungsgesellschaften, Dienstleistern und internen Interessengruppen.
  • Unterstützung verschiedener Projekte (Entwicklung und Ausführung) sowie Beratung interner Teams in Bezug auf bestehende Versicherungslösungen und die Entwicklung neuer Projekte und Märkte.
  • Funktionale Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung im Bereich des Risiko- und Versicherungsmanagements.
  • Planung und Teilnahme an Risiko- und technischen Prüfungen von Anlagen und entsprechende Folgemaßnahmen.

Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in den Bereichen Versicherung, Finanzen, Handel oder Unternehmensführung.
  • Berufserfahrung im Management von Unternehmens-/Gruppenversicherungen, in einer internationalen Versicherungsgesellschaft oder in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung, Leistungssteigerung und Durchführung wertsteigernder Projekte.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitungen und der Vermittlung von Schlüsselbotschaften.
  • Erfahrung oder Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Enterprise Risk Management ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Multikulturelle Managementfähigkeiten.
  • Eigenmotiviert und in der Lage, unter minimaler Aufsicht zu arbeiten.
  • Ausgezeichnete Recherche- und Analysefähigkeiten und Urteilsvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte zu vereinfachen und aufzuschlüsseln.
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse (Deutsch) sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind ein echter Teamplayer, aufgeschlossen, hoch motiviert und flexibel.
  • Sie sind bereit, regelmäßig Dienstreisen zu unternehmen.
