Job Description: Insurance Account Manager

As an Insurance Account Manager at BEST GRUPPE, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large and medium-sized clients in the industrial and commercial sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact, providing expert advice and support to ensure their insurance needs are met.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Risk Assessment & Analysis: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential exposures and develop customized insurance solutions.
  • Policy Administration: Manage the entire policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, and claims handling.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on a wide range of insurance products, including property, liability, and other specialized coverages.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in underwriting and risk management within the industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of property and liability insurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
