Key Responsibilities- System Maintenance and Repair: You will be responsible for testing, maintaining, and repairing our shuttle systems at various customer sites across Germany.
- Project Management: You will supervise assembly teams in large repair or installations of mobile racks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Technical Support: You will provide mechanical support and L1 and L2 support to our end users and integrators, both on-site and remotely.
- Commissioning and Training: You will commission and provide customer training for automated systems and racking systems, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Health and Safety: You will work in environments that may involve heights or refrigerated areas, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Education and Qualifications: You hold a bachelor's degree or professional qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent through experience.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Computer Skills: You have proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
- Personal Qualities: You are sociable, eager to learn, driven, and possess a strong customer mindset, with the ability to solve problems independently and in customer settings.
