Job Summary

HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Goods Inspection Expert to join their team in Oberkochen. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and supporting logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA and other software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA and other software solutions
  • Defining, setting, testing, and rolling out system adaptations
  • Developing concepts for changes or extensions to the system landscape
  • Considering requirements for the design and implementation of system-guided processes
  • Recording problem reports and coordinating with internal stakeholders and central HENSOLDT logistics management
  • Continuously further developing existing processes and localizing template processes
  • Participating in the definition, collection, and monitoring of logistics key figures

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training with further qualification in business administration or a degree in industrial engineering or similar
  • Initial professional or project experience in the production, production planning, and logistics environment in connection with SAP solutions
  • Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of SAP in the materials management environment is desirable
  • Initial experience in project management (Scrum) is advantageous
  • High process orientation and very good communication skills
  • Independent and implementation-oriented way of working and confident interaction with stakeholders
  • Interest in the design, continuous development, and improvement of processes
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Fluent German and good English skills
