Overview

We are seeking a "Power User SAP S/4HANA (f/m/d)" for our Logistics & Goods Incoming Inspection department at the Oberkochen location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance logistics workflows utilizing SAP S/4HANA and other software solutions.
  • Define, configure, test, and implement system modifications.
  • Develop strategies for system changes or expansions.
  • Assess requirements for the design and execution of system-guided processes, covering inbound to outbound logistics including warehouse design.
  • Document issues, derive effective solutions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and central logistics management.
  • Continuously improve existing processes and adapt template processes, including configuration, testing, and implementation in the system.
  • Participate in defining, collecting, and monitoring logistics key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the transformation to SAP S/4HANA, manage relocations, and contribute to various projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed commercial training with further qualifications in business administration or a degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Initial professional or project experience in production, production planning, and logistics related to SAP solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and knowledge of SAP in materials management is preferred (EWM, SD, MM, TM modules).
  • Basic experience in project management (Scrum) is advantageous.
  • Strong process orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and implement solutions effectively while engaging confidently with stakeholders.
  • Interest in designing, continuously developing, and enhancing processes.
  • Open-mindedness and readiness to take on responsibilities.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
