Overview

We are seeking a dedicated "Power User SAP S/4HANA (f/m/d)" for our Logistics & Goods Incoming Inspection team at the Oberkochen location. This team plays a crucial role in managing incoming goods, ensuring timely processing of production and customer orders, and overseeing outgoing shipments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance logistics workflows within SAP S/4HANA and related software applications.
  • Define, configure, test, and implement system modifications.
  • Develop strategies for system changes or expansions.
  • Assess requirements for the design and execution of system-guided processes, from inbound to outbound logistics, including warehouse layout.
  • Document issues, propose effective solutions, and collaborate with internal teams and central logistics management.
  • Continuously improve existing processes and adapt template processes, including configuration, testing, and implementation within the system.
  • Contribute to the definition, collection, and analysis of logistics key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the transformation to SAP S/4HANA, support the Relocation Redstone initiative, and engage in various projects.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training with further qualifications in business administration or a degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Initial professional or project experience in production, production planning, and logistics, particularly with SAP solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and knowledge of SAP in materials management is preferred (EWM, SD, MM, TM modules).
  • Some experience in project management methodologies, such as Scrum, is advantageous.
  • Strong process orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and implement solutions effectively while engaging confidently with stakeholders.
  • Interest in designing, continuously improving, and enhancing processes.
  • Open-mindedness and a willingness to take on responsibilities.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
