Überblick über die Rolle

Als Senior Expert Project Procurement Management übernehmen Sie eine leitende Rolle im Projektmanagement-Team und sind für sämtliche Beschaffungs- und Beschleunigungsaktivitäten für Ihr Projekt verantwortlich.

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Entwicklung und Pflege des Beschaffungs- und Beschleunigungsplans in Abstimmung mit dem Projektumsetzungsplan.
  • Definition und Koordination aller Beschaffungs-, Einkaufs- und Beschleunigungsaktivitäten für Ihr Projekt.
  • Leitung eines Teams von Beschaffungspersonal im Projekt und Überwachung der Leistung der Lieferkette, Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Zahlung von Lieferantenrechnungen und Unterstützung von Verhandlungen bei Ansprüchen, Änderungsaufträgen und Abweichungsaufträgen.
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung von Waren, Materialien und Dienstleistungen.
  • Regelmäßiges Berichten des Status und der KPIs an die funktionalen Leiter und das Projektmanagement.
Voraussetzungen
  • Erworbenen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwissenschaften.
  • Langjährige Projekt- und Beschaffungserfahrung in Großprojekten im Bauwesen und Anlagenbau.
  • Ausgeprägtes kommerzielles Bewusstsein als Kompass für Ihre tägliche Arbeit.
  • Fließende deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) und Vorwissen im Umgang mit SAP.
  • Engagement, um aktiv zu handeln, Ergebnisse zu liefern und effektiv mit anderen innerhalb der Organisation zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Offenheit für die Arbeit in dynamischen Projekten und die Wahrnehmung von Veränderungen als Chance zum Wachstum.
  • Förderung der eigenen Weiterentwicklung und Ermunterung von anderen, Möglichkeiten jenseits ihrer Komfortzone zu erkunden.
