At Exyte, we're looking for a skilled Subcontract Management expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in sourcing and managing procurement contracts, ensuring the success of our high-tech projects.

About the Role

  • Monitor and control subcontractor performance to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Process commercial subcontractor claims and negotiate contract amendments.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, scheduling, and project management teams to minimize risks and optimize project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve subcontractor performance and reduce costs.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Project Procurement Manager and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong background in economics or engineering, with experience in the construction industry and contracts.
  • Excellent commercial and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Fluency in German and English, with a strong command of written and spoken language.
  • Ability to travel and work on-site, with a flexible and adaptable approach to project management.
