Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shopping Experience Specialist to join our team. As a mystery shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating the shopping experience of our partners' customers. Your role will involve visiting stores, assessing the experience, and providing detailed feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the shopping experience of customers at various retail locations
  • Assess the quality of service, product offerings, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Work with our team to ensure high-quality evaluations and timely feedback

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and observation skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and recommendations
  • Flexibility to work on a freelance or part-time basis
  • Access to a reliable means of transportation
