About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a Mystery Shopping Expert, you will be responsible for evaluating and providing feedback on customer experiences in various retail settings.

Your role will involve visiting stores, assessing the shopping experience, and providing detailed feedback to our clients. You will work independently, but will have the support of our team and access to a comprehensive questionnaire and script to guide your evaluations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide constructive feedback. You should also be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
