Strategic HR Business Partner for Industry-Leading Automation Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at AMDT, the global market leader in versioning and backup solutions for industrial automation. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting operational HR processes and advising employees throughout their entire lifecycle.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruiting top talent, from job posting to contract creation, and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into our organization.
- Payroll Preparation: Verify and update employee data accurately to ensure payroll compliance and efficiency.
- Employee Support and Development: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on HR-related matters, including employment laws, benefits, and company policies, while contributing to employee satisfaction and retention initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, preferably within the IT industry. Your expertise should include hands-on experience in recruiting, employee relations, and payroll preparation. Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard software tools is essential, along with fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
